To manage a nationwide network, we collect data from three primary groups: Clients, Technicians, and Site Contacts.

Identity Data: Legal names, tax IDs (SSN/EIN), and government-issued IDs for credentialing and vetting.

Geolocation Data: Real-time GPS coordinates of Technicians while "on-clock" to verify SLA compliance and "Arrival/Departure" timestamps.

Professional Data: Certifications, background check results, and insurance (COI) history.

Project Media: Photos, videos, and diagnostic logs uploaded as "Proof of Work" from client sites.
2. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell your data. We use it strictly for operational efficiency:

Dispatch Optimization: Matching the closest qualified Technician to a service call.

Compliance Review: Verifying that a resource meets the specific legal and safety requirements of a region.

Financial Processing: Facilitating payments between Clients and Service Providers.

Safety & Security: Monitoring location data to ensure technician safety during lone-worker assignments.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures
Data is shared only when necessary to execute the Service Level Agreement:

To Clients: Sharing Technician names, photos, and background status for security clearance.

To Technicians: Sharing Client site addresses, contact names, and gate codes.

To Regulators: Disclosing compliance data when required by local or national labor laws.
4. Data Retention & Security

Storage: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.

Retention: Background check data is purged after 2 years per FCRA guidelines, while project "Close-out" photos are archived for 2 years for warranty and audit purposes.

GPS Privacy: Tracking is automatically disabled once a Work Order is marked "Completed" or the user logs out of the mobile interface.
