The Nationwide Field Services Network Management website, its tools, and the professional network provided herein are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% platform uptime and data accuracy, Field Ops Network makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform or the absolute accuracy of real-time GPS tracking and technician ETA data.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer (No Agency)

Field Ops Network operates as a third-party facilitator of service connections. Users of this website acknowledge that the field technicians, engineers, and support firms within the network are Independent Contractors and are not employees, agents, or joint-venturers of Field Ops Network.

  • Work Execution: Field Ops Network does not directly supervise, direct, or control the physical performance of the work on-site.

  • Liability: Any claims arising from property damage, personal injury, or unsatisfactory workmanship are the sole responsibility of the service provider performing the task.

3. Professional Standards & Compliance

While Field Ops Network conducts initial vetting and credentialing, we do not guarantee that every technician’s certifications, insurance policies, or background checks are active at the exact moment of service. It is the responsibility of the Service Provider to maintain these credentials and the Client's right to request physical proof of compliance upon site arrival.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Field Ops Network, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business profits or data due to hardware downtime.

  • Delays caused by force majeure, traffic, or "Act of God" events.

  • Damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform’s dispatching tools.
